Casa Barrada II was completed in July 2009, is about 180 m2 large and therefore comfortable for 6 persons.
This house has been built using only organic materials, making it ideal for allergy sufferers. Particular attention was paid to good insulation, optimal use of natural lighting in the rooms and building techniques typical of the country, which create a pleasant indoor climate.
Casa Barrada II is beautifully situated in the middle of an olive grove. The house is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and a large playground. The generous, roofed terrace with outside grill invites to long evenings.

The living room is very spacious and comfortable, with a typical Portuguese "Cana and Pau" roof (eucalyptus and bamboo). It has a dining area with a dining table for 6-10 people and a living area with sofa. A fireplace provides pleasant warmth.
Games and
books for big and small guests are also available, as well as a stereo system
with CD player and LCD TV with satellite TV. Internet WLAN available.

The kitchen is spacious and perfectly equipped with oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, water boiler, orange juice press and much more. Directly in front of the kitchen there is an outdoor grill with a covered terrace.

Casa Barrada II has 3 bedrooms.
Two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, both with double beds. The south room has a beautiful sea view from the bed and you can directly reach the roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea and Serra.
On the ground floor there is another bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite.
Additional beds, including children's beds, can be provided on request. Numerous built-in cupboards provide a lot of storage space, in all bedrooms is wooden floor.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and bidé and another
bathroom with shower and bidé accessible from the bedroom (bedroom with bathroom
en suite). On the 1st floor there is another bathroom with shower and bidé.

Casa Barrada II has south, west and north covered terraces with cosy dining areas and a barbecue.
From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Serra, deckchairs invite you to relax.
The huge garden is lushly planted with palm trees, tropical plants and playgrounds. The garden is fenced all around.

Washing machine is available, bed linen and towels are available for our guests.
